Goretski Civil is led by Jeffery Goretski, a civil engineer and construction executive with more than 20 years in heavy highway, bridge, asphalt and concrete work, from running his own contracting company to leading operations across a national materials business.

Leads logistics, supply chain and operations performance across asphalt, ready-mix concrete and aggregates, including rail, barge and trucking. Manages the integration of acquired companies in Texas.
- Cadillac Asphalt (Oldcastle and Levy joint venture)2014 – 2016
Division manager, then general manager of operations. Oversaw asphalt production, construction and logistics, along with estimating for heavy highway and commercial work.
- Goretski Construction Inc.2004 – 2014
Vice president and owner of a heavy highway and bridge contractor. Won government and private bids and grew the company more than 300% in three years.
- G&J Silt Fencing2003 – 2006
Founded a soil erosion control company, earned MDOT prequalification and grew it to seven-figure annual sales.
